Book Club

Through our commitment to safety and respect for Black people we are exploring books, written by black authors, to continue learning about the strength and excellence within the Black community. We encourage you to buy your books from black or POC bookstores (support our businesses) and carve our the time to read them. We are all busy people, and understand it’s hard to read a book on top of everything else we do. So, we will also provide resources to listen or view, that can help you with some of the content along the way.

The goal of the Right to Breathe Book Club discussions are to grow our community. We believe that happens when we learn together, when we introduce ourselves to new ideas, when we challenge those ideas with our lived experiences. In order for that to happen, we need you to join us.

Please join us the last Thursday of the month for an hour of community time.
